Project Details
Since 2018, Monigle has produced the Humanizing Brand Experience (HBE) report, a research-driven playbook for empowering leaders in healthcare and financial services through brand, culture, and experience. I collaborated closely with executive leadership to design and develop the publication, originally in print for industry conferences such as SHSMD, and more recently in digital format following the onset of the pandemic.
My work has spanned the full production lifecycle, from designing the layout and visual system to developing assets that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. For the healthcare edition, now in its 8th year, the report leverages U.S. consumer insights to help organizations create more personalized, empathetic, and engaging experiences. In the financial services edition, now in its 4th year and produced in partnership with American Banker, the report provides strategies for institutions to thrive in dynamic markets by driving consumer choice and advocacy across four key experience dimensions.
Working on HBE has been rewarding because it combines research, design, and strategy to create a tangible resource that informs decision-making at the highest levels. It has been nice seeing this project evolve over the years from being just a printed report to now a media-rich experience with customized dashboards for subscribers to supporting podcasts and webinars.
