When Willis Towers Watson rebranded as WTW in 2022, the activation was massive—spanning multiple continents, parallel workstreams, and an aggressive four-month timeline. I played an integral role in developing a digital toolkit that their web developers could use to fast-track the transition to their new website. I was also a key member in finalizing templates and brand assets, ensuring the new identity was consistently applied across global markets, not just in the U.S.
This meant versioning assets at scale, coordinating with multiple teams, and balancing speed with precision so that WTW could confidently launch its new brand identity on time. From Nasdaq’s bell-ringing ceremony to local rollouts around the world, my contributions helped ensure the new brand system came to life seamlessly—reinforcing WTW’s bold new positioning and unifying presence across the industry.
